Having recently had a facelift, you can fully relax in this clean and comfortable two-bedroom home with stunning views over Callala Bay and Jervis Bay. Enjoy water views from the kitchen, living area and main bedroom, plus direct access to the walking/bike path right outside the gate.
It’s just a two-minute stroll to the beach and boat ramp, or another 5 minutes walk to Callala Creek and its BBQ area. The perfect spot for a peaceful coastal escape

Quiet private location just 50 meters onto the Callala Bay beach. This beach is approximately two km long and backs onto the beautiful bush of Jervis Bay National Park.
The house is 150 meters from a boat ramp and a wharf that is great for fishing, and with its own resident pelicans. It is close to rock pools, walks, bike tracks and is a three minute drive to shops which include IGA, chemist, butcher, bakery, restaurants etc.
There are two double bedrooms and a large bathroom in the house.

Full well equipped kitchen with new stove, dishwasher, microwave and full size fridge.
