Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We have stayed here previously and are looking to move all our staffs stays in the Hitchin area to this hotel. The French restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast which appeared freshly cooked to order.

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like, the only constructive feedback I would give is that more lighting could be provided to the car park area and the walk between the hotel, especially at this time of year.
