The third floor features a large sleeper bonus room with 1 queen and 2 twin beds, and room for more sleeping capacity ( listed as 4th bedroom).
The home has all-new kitchen appliances, full laundry, wifi, central heating and cooling, a covered front porch, a 3-season sun room for relaxing, reading, and a rear deck and large, private back yard for partying and barbecuing. The house sits back on top of a hill with a large driveway for plenty of parking. This is a family owned house since 1945 when the patriarch of the family, Raymond Seaward, returned home from WWII as a decorated war hero. The family recently renovated it with an American theme in honor of their grandfather.
This wonderful, historic family home has been enjoyed and cherished by the Seaward's for generations, and now it's available to anyone who loves Kennebunkport and wants to make memories with their family and friends.
