This is a cozy apartment consisting of two joined apartments with two bedrooms located conveniently close to the bus stop and the Lapad boulevard, the home of many café bars, restaurants and the most beautiful beaches in Dubrovnik. Green surroundings and easy transportation access best describes the property that also has a pleasant terrace. Hedera A25 consists of two neighboring apartments offering in total two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, plus each apartment has its own living/dining/kitchen area with a fold out sofa bed that can accommodate an additional two guests. The property is ideal for friends or two couples travelling together. Guests can enjoy morning coffees on a lovely shared terrace connected with a small garden. Two private parking places are available in front of the apartment. Heated floors can be found in each room, therefore the property keeps a warm ambiance even during the winter season as well. Hedera A25 sleeps 4 (+4*) guests * Possibility to accommodate 4 additional guests on the sofa beds in the living rooms. *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
