This is a completely renovated and tastefully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with terrace located in thePile area, close to the main entrance of the Old Town. Thebright and spacious apartment is set on the ground floor of a typical stone house built in the 19th century.Popular Šulić beach is only a few minutes walking distance from the apartment, same as the shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment consists of one bedroom (the bed can be made as a double or twin beds), bathroom with a shower, living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The dining/living room area has direct access to the lovely furnished terrace in front which is one of the absolute highlights of this property. The terrace is completely private for guests' use only, partially detached from the rest of the yard, where they can have a relaxing stay, enjoy their morning coffee or a meal at the outdoor dining table with 4 seats or soak up the sun on two sun loungers.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
