This comfortable family home is a 5 minute drive (15 min walk) to the beaches and shops. Lie in bed and look out at the trees, listen to the birds and hear the koalas at night. The property is pet friendly and is close to the river and backs onto a lovely forest with walking trail. It has an in ground swimming pool (not heated) and a great deck overlooking the forest. The home is entirely upstairs with external stairs to the covered front verandah. The backyard is fully fenced with stairs to the back verandah. There is a BBQ and fully equipped kitchen. There is a flat screen TV in the lounge and wifi throughout the home. Living areas are air conditioned and fans in bedrooms.
Bedrooms are 1 queen, 1 queen, 1 set children’s bunks with 1 single. Sleeps 7 plus additional self contained flat for an extra fee of $250 - sleeps 2 people, if needed.
Off street parking and room for the boat.
