House 3 has four bedrooms for two people each: two rooms with double beds, one room with two single beds and one room with bunk beds. More supermarkets and stores can be found in Flims and Laax, both are only about 8 minutes away by car (or post bus).1 GB Internet/WLAN connection. Free parking for 1 car, second car in summer on request, additional paid parking spaces in the Rocksresort parking garage (https://live.flimslaax.com/parking). You also have the possibility to charge the batteries of electric cars there, which is unfortunately not possible on the property. Baby chair and baby crib on request. In summer it is a direct starting starting point for hikes to explore the breathtaking Grisons nature, the mountains or the surrounding lakes. In winter Laax is the destination for all ski and snowboard fans and for piste-goers - for everybody who wants to explore the unique winter landscape of Graubuenden.On the ground floor of house 1 is the living room with dining area and fireplace and the well equipped kitchen.
