Summary: The staff were very courteous at check in and check out. The flat was mostly clean and comfortable. The flat was in a good location for us. However, it was rundown and needs to be re-painted, a lot of marks on the walls. One of the towels had a big hair ball in it. The shower had a lot of rust all over it from top to bottom. The toilet is in the corner and it’s not easy to sit properly on it if you’re a bigger person. I think the flat needs to be refurbished.
