This is a newly built beachfront estate home in Laie. All the luxury amenities you could ask for, in a purely natural Hawaii setting! 4 bedrooms - 3 upstairs, 1 downstairs. Three have lanai's overlooking the beach, and one room looks out over the green ko'olau mountain range. Complete with a pool, 2 outdoor showers, large covered lanai's, surf break out on the reef, and body surfing on gentle waves on the sandy beach in front of the home. Waterfall hike in the rainforest across the street. A great beach to walk in the mornings. Safe ocean swimming and body surfing just about every day of the year. Near Tamura's grocery & wine store (1/2 mile away). Located near Turtle Bay Resort, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, newly renovated Polynesian Cultural Center is 1/2 mile away with Pounder's Restaurant, etc. Maid service and chef service upon request. 4-night minimum rental required. The security deposit must be paid in full prior to arrival, and you get it back as long as you don't damage the home or break the House Rental Rules. Contact me for additional details.
