For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

The movement detection gadgets only work if the alarm is activated. They are installed in the living room and at the entrance of the flat. Take note that the alarm or the security system is no longer activated while the flat is rented to guests.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
