Nestled along the busy Avenue de la Republique with its selection of small local eateries, stores and a Monoprix right down the road.

The apartment is situated high above the avenue in a traditional French style building that one would envision when looking for a "Pied-à-Terre" to rent in Paris and is located close to the famous catacombs (9 minutes by the subway) with skull-lined walls run underneath the city's underground.

Suited for those who travel alone, or couples who are looking for something peaceful, but not far away from the Heart of Paris and all its sights.

The apartment is steps away from Mairie de Montrouge Station which is connected to line 4 for the Metro. On line 4, the subway will take you directly to Montparnasse (8 min.), Saint-Germain-des-Prés (11 min.), Saint Michel-Notre-Dame (14 min.) or les Halles (17 min.) to name just a few spots!

Fully renovated last spring, the apartment is comprised of 1 bedroom, bathroom, living area and a separate kitchen. All fully and newly furnished with the necessities needed to make yourself feel at home during your stay. Step into the apartment and you'll be greeted by the living area: here you'll find a beautiful fireplace that has been well preserved and is only for decorative purposes.

A sofa and TV for you to relax and keep yourself entertained after a long day, and a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people at the same time. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to cook a full meal.
It also comes equipped with a dishwasher for added convenience; a washing machine for you to freshen up your clothes, if ever needed; and a Nespresso machine with complimentary Nespresso pods for you to enjoy, especially during the crisp cold mornings.

The bedroom has a double bed lined in hotel-quality sheets and linens for a comfortable rest. There is also a large, built-in sliding wardrobe to store your personal belonging safely and with ease, and a dedicated work desk by the window, a perfect set up for remote works and jet-setting freelancers. On summer days, no doubt you will appreciate the Dyson fan, especially at night. The bathroom is equipped with a shower; fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitization will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Travelling from my property is quite easy. It's only a 5-minute walk to Marie de Montrouge (line 4)

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
