The space
The breathtaking views of the ever-changing Lake Superior and the amazing spaces will make your stay one to remember! Views of Lake Superior from every room, even the main floor bathroom. Our location is perfect, being just minutes to Downtown Duluth, Canal Park, The Depot, and the best local shopping and dining options.
The Lakewalk is literally below Mullberry Loft with access one block west, next to the Malt Shoppe, a Duluth landmark for malts and ice cream. Enjoy long walks, jogging, biking or roller blading on the miles of the Lakewalk on the shores of Lake Superior.
The sites and sounds of Lake Superior are truly unique to our apartment. Wake up to amazing sunrises and fall asleep to the gentle relaxing tone of the waves against the rocks below.
One dedicated parking space is provided. Metal and mirrored stairs take you up to the second floor apartment. Apartment is located above a and next to a restaurant.
There are 2 queen beds and one couch that folds down to a bed. One bedroom has a queen bed, fold down couch & door for privacy. The other queen bedroom is loft style with no door.
Note: Max occupancy is 5 persons. No parties, no smoking, and no pets please.
We have a detailed guest book with all of our favorite things to see, do, eat and drink. Duluth is full of unique shops, distilleries, craft beer, music and art.
Guest access is via the door at the street level and the apartment door at the top of the stairs. Both doors include deadbolt locks with keypad access.
