This terraced house is located on an idyllic property, between land and sea. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside and the surrounding greenery, while being less than 3 km from a magnificent white sand beach. The owner, a horse trainer, had this house built on the site of an old cart shed, on the gable end of a beautiful stone house. The layout provides all modern comforts, while retaining certain elements of the original building. On the ground floor, a beautiful living room with wood stove and lounge area. On the 1st floor, a large mezzanine furnished with 2 separate sleeping areas, separated by a curtain. Please note that the ceiling height is reduced at the level of the space of the two single beds (1.50 m - 1.75 m) and at the level of the space of the double bed (1.80 m - 1.90 m ). The garden in front of the house, with the pretty fish pond, is entirely reserved for you. The garden part at the back of the house is shared with the discreet owners and has a badminton net, a trampoline and a playground for children. The visit of the neighboring stud farm is possible on request and a box is available free of charge for 2 horses.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Youth groups not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted
