Two storey beachhouse, front and rear balcony, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, double lockup garage, secure yard, close walk to the beach.
What will you find when you get there?
Welcome to our house, upstairs you will find lounge with all your entertaining needs - TV, DVD and Stereo, dining area with 8 seat setting, fully equiped modern kitchen including microwave and dishwasher and cupboards full of the things you left at home, including the Potato peeler. Main bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds, large bathroom with separate shower, spa bath and toilet. Sit on the rear balcony and watch the sunset or front balcony and enjoy a bbq or chat.
Downstairs another living area with TV, 3rd bedroom with 2 bunks sleeping 4, 2nd bathroom, separate toilet and fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer and iron. In the double lockup garage you will find spare fridge, boogy boards, badminton and outdoor chairs.

What will you do when you get there?
Make sure you bring your bikes as the bike track goes all the way to Cowes or San Remo, or just let the kids ride up and down our private road without the worry of beach traffic.
A drive into Cowes will take you 6 minutes or 2 minutes to the Grand Prix and Go Kart tracks.
Have you seen the Penquins? A 10 minute trip straight down the road will get you there, and a little further on to Seal Rock and walk.
Visit Phillip Island Winery 5 mins down the road to enjoy an amazing meal, enjoy a wine in The Yards and let the kids run the lawns as you enjoy the view.
Visit Rhyll and make sure you grab some fish & Chips at Tyde as they are the best on the island.
Visit Churchill Island for the market or Jazz festival or just wander aound the homestead.
