Just 20 minutes from Lumen Field and 10 minutes from SEATAC Airport. Custom-built two-story house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on the bluff overlooking Puget Sound, with panoramic views and spectacular sunsets. Private and quiet, accessed by a 150-foot bridge. Forested setting with beautiful gardens, resident eagles, and many species of birds. Spacious deck with BBQ and fire pit. Wood fireplace. Upstairs and downstairs are independent with separate kitchens and living spaces.
The space
Upstairs is a large living room with floor to ceiling windows facing west. Teak dining room table seating 10, a wood burning fireplace, opens to a large deck. Large kitchen with extensive counter space opening to the living room and views. Kitchenware and appliances top of the line. Well stocked with spices and condiments German ECM espresso machine. Large bedroom with views and king bed, large master bath, adjoining laundry room and half bath.
Downstairs has separate access with stairway down to a family room with table for four, new couch with pullout queen bed, desk, new washer/dryer, large windows with lots of light and bird feeder. This room connects to custom newly built kitchen with top appliances and kitchenware, custom bar height table for two. Pass through kitchen to second bedroom with new queen adjustable bed with massage settings and private bath with shower. This bedroom has private stairway up to main deck.
Upstairs and downstairs also connected with a central spiral staircase with a lockable door to separate both parts of the house if desired.

Guest can access all part of the house, upstairs and downstairs. There are 12 steps from the carport to the upstairs and another 12 steps to the downstairs. Not wheelchair accessible.
