This three bedroom ranch is located in a quiet New England neighborhood in the central Lakes Region of New Hampshire on beautiful Newfound Lake. The house has updated features such as wifi, a smart TV for viewing Netflix, Hulu, and other TV apps, there is also good cell phone coverage at this location. In the family room you will find a variety of board games, cards, crayons and coloring books for those indoor activities and to further enjoy as much quality family time as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped for an evening in with the family having everything you need to have a nice home cooked meal. Out side you will find a good size yard for the family to hang out and enjoy the great New England outdoors. In the back yard you will find a grill located off the deck that is attached to the house as well as a fire pit to enjoy hot dogs on the fire or smores for the whole family. (There is a great little New England market just down the street to buy all the supplies that you will need!). Just minutes and a short walk away is one of New Hampshires most beautiful lakes with a private beach to enjoy a summer day at the beach on the lake. We are also only a short drive to the White Mountain Region with spectacular views and endless out side activities from hiking, biking, skiing, or just a nice drive to enjoy the beautiful fall foliage. For the folks that love the New England winters and can't wait to get out in the snow there are a number of great ski areas just a short drive away, lots of ice fishing on the lake all winter long, or many well maintained snowmobile trails around the lake and close to the house. This property really does have something for everyone all year round.
