One more level up to a large open plan living, kitchen and dining area. There is a split system and a wood heater. Head outside to large wraparound deck/ bbq & entertainment area with ocean views. Fully fenced child & pet friendly. Outdoor shower, plenty of garden and lawn space for kids & lots of parking for boats and cars. Close to MotoGP Race track, local wineries and tourist attractions such as the penguins.
