Charming 1900 renovated 3-bedroom cottage on quiet side street, your own 1900+ square feet cottage retreat. Water views from the first-floor garden deck, as well as the Master Suite patio. There is a private driveway and one car garage (rare in the heart of the boro). Everything you need to enjoy the full Boro experience with a sunroom, family and living rooms as well as dining area and large fully stocked kitchen. In addition, the living room has a wood burning fire place to make the winter months cozy!
All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with plenty of privacy and sleeping options. The Master Suite has a king bed, a twin trundle bed, and a half bathroom.
