The space
The Lily Pad is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath mountain house with a front and backyard, a large front patio, a back deck, 2 office spaces, and a basement that's been turned into an Irish pub with a pool table, dart board, TV, and full wet bar. The house sits at the top of a private driveway, surrounded by trees and a natural stone wall at the back of the house.
Bedroom #1: A spacious master bedroom intentionally designed for serenity. Equipped with a king-sized bed and large velvet headboard, a relaxation corner, a vanity set, black-out shades, and a master bathroom that features a jacuzzi and two sinks.
Bedroom #2: A cozy room that evokes a calming sense of nature with its soft green walls; equipped with a queen-sized bed and blackout curtains.
Bedroom #3: A vibrant, spacious room with beautiful colors; equipped with a full-sized bed as well as a daybed perfect for naps or used as a twin bed and black-out curtains.
Basement: An Irish pub equipped with a pool table, dart board, TV, mini fridge, and a full wet bar. This is where the fun happens!
Living room: There is a spacious living room with a large sectional couch and TV and plenty of blankets, plus a sitting room with an indoor fireplace (currently out of order).
Office spaces: There are 2 dedicated office spaces for those working from home - an office on the top floor, and an additional space on the main floor.
Kitchen: The house is fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal and features an island with an electric stove, two ovens, and a coffee-making corner.
Dining areas: There is a large, main dining room with a long wooden antique table perfect for group meals or family dinners. There is also a smaller dining area by the kitchen that is perfect for breakfasts as well as a countertop with stools.
Outdoor areas: The house features a large front patio with a seating area, a back deck with a grill, and front, back, and side yards all around the house perfect for pups to run around and play.
