It’s been a little over a year since I joined airrbnb as a host. I have learned a lot of what to do and what not to do. I just got a new cleaner and a new handyman to help keep the house to my standards. The house has been an Airbnb for 6 years with a 4.7 rating. I’ve added some new features and plan to keep adding. On of the new features is a fireplace to sit around outside , new dishwasher, new paint. More stuff to be added soon
