There is also 2 small counselling offices on the bottom level of the barn, there is an active counseling practice that operates on the land using the horses for equine therapy - Tenant will have to be mindful of other people on the property and be respectful.
This is our family residence that is being shared, so we are looking for a tenant that fits in well and is friendly with our two kids - Preferably a quiet, single professional. Preferably no pets, but open to discussion
