Welcome to this cosy 34 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on rue Brey in the heart of the 17th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed, Living Room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Cookworks coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Parc Monceau is a lovely green space nearby, and the Batignolles market offers some of the best organic produce in Paris. It’s a calm, well-connected neighbourhood with easy access to the Champs-Élysées and the western part of the city.
