The Space:
Welcome to Coastal Paradise, a beautifully designed five-bedroom, four full bathroom, and one half-bath beachfront retreat offering comfort, space, and stunning coastal views. Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into a striking open living area featuring soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and curated artwork accented with elegant tones of gold, black, and soft gray. This area features a 65" TV. A custom-made wooden staircase serves as a dramatic architectural focal point, leading to the upper level while maintaining an open connection to the living room below and highlighting the home’s open architectural design.
Upstairs, the layout includes two thoughtfully designed bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom arrangement. The first bedroom features a queen bunk bed with an additional full-size built-in bed, while the adjoining bedroom offers two queen beds and breathtaking ocean views, electric fireplace a 65" TV and access to a private balcony with stunning water views. In addition to the bedrooms the upper level features a cozy private TV room with panoramic water views, beautiful electric fireplace, 65" TV and a sofa bed with comfortable memory foam mattress. The upper level overlooks the living space below and provides a peaceful retreat filled with natural light.
The kitchen showcases sleek gray cabinetry, luxury natural stone tile flooring in sophisticated shades of gray and black, and a breakfast nook overlooking a tranquil water view. An attached laundry room adds convenience for longer stays. The laundry room has an additional refrigerator for extra storage. Centrally located on the main level, the formal dining room is positioned separately near the entry to the outdoor entertainment area and is enhanced by a custom wooden bookshelf that adds warmth and character while overlooking the home’s relaxing pool oasis.
Downstairs, additional sleeping accommodations are designed for both comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms each feature queen beds with private bathrooms, while another bedroom offers a queen-size bunk bed with its own separate restroom accessible directly from the bedroom and the hallway that leads to the game room. The game room provides an additional queen bunkbed for extra sleeping, custom backlit artwork, 75"TV pool table, two pub tables, bar and refrigerator. The home includes five bedrooms total, four full bathrooms, one half bathroom, and ample entertainment space making it ideal for larger groups and family gatherings.
Outside, guests can unwind in a private outdoor oasis with built-in pool, large BBQ pit, lots of seating and a nice dining area that provides the perfect space to relax after a day of coastal adventures.

While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc is strictly prohibited inside.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.
4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.
5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
6. POOL: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death.
Please note that all pools are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.
9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.
10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.
