Summary: The room was clean, the staff was kind and helpful. We would stay again if in the area. The only downside to our stay was the door that goes into the next room.

Summary: This hotel really showing its age. Could see where things were repaired with spare parts whether they matched or not especially with bath fixtures. Breakfast was extremely limited.

Summary: Jay, the host was incredibly kind and easy to chat with. He is a gem and an an asset to the hotel and its owners.
Our 2nd floor room was spacious and held a clean ‘n comfortable bed. The bathroom was well maintained.The carpet is in great need of a good and thorough cleaning, though.

Summary: We only needed a room for 5 hours from 9am to 2pm. I explained this to a nice young man named Jay. I was hoping to get a reduced rate. There was no flexibility and I had to pay for 2 days. We didn’t even spend a night. Sometimes it’s good customer service to make an exception to the rules. Maybe we could have paid for one night and then an extra charge for staying 3 hrs past check out time of 11am. It would have been very nice but having to pay for 2 nights under this circumstance doesn’t seem reasonable. Maybe Coachman Inn should consider this going forward. Thank you for your time. I’m sure you understand.

Summary: Stains on all bedspreads. Hairballs behind bathroom door. All the towels were tinged almost like it was from rust. The price was cheap, so it was worth it to us.

Summary: The bed was comfortable, the bathroom needs updating/cleaning, the carpets in the hallway were filthy and stained, the tv did not work (this was reported to the front desk upon checking out). We saw only the person at the front desk- instruction and practical experience in customer relations might increase his friendliness. We stayed at this facility a year ago and were very pleased, hence our choice to return. That probably will not happen again.
