Summary: Reception were helpful and clear at check in. I booked a Pod dorm and was the best experience of any hostel dorms I've stayed in. It was reasonably comfy and felt very private once inside. Other guests were quite respectful with noise. The only minor is that I had Pod 13 which is next to the sink and the person didn't move when I wanted to get out so had to squeeze past and wait until they were done until I can get to the locked drawer underneath. I didn't use the facilities but their common areas are quite large, along with basement kitchen. The staff send messages out with meet ups for any travellers which is good. The bathroom and showers seem to be kept clean regularly too. Would definitely book here again when travelling alone.
