‘Classic Caba’ is a rare find indeed. This retro family home is only occupied by its owners for part of the year, so the rest of the year you have the opportunity to live like a local. Sleeping up to 10 people, the house has 5 bedrooms (6 beds), three bathrooms and plenty of living areas to accommodate everyone’s needs. The clever tri-level design means you can either all gather together, or separate into the various living areas if desired.
The bottom level features two king bedrooms, plus a media room with reclining lounges and a bathroom. Outside is a covered patio area surrounded by gardens.
The middle level is the main living area, featuring an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, which seamlessly connects to a screened sun room with plenty of seating and an ethanol fire. Also on this level are two bedrooms (1 Queen bed and 2 singles) and another bathroom.
