There are only two words that adequately describe this house: pure luxury.
The house is located in Hellerup, a charming suburb outside Copenhagen close to Oresund. It is a popular destination for tourists who are looking for the best of both the city and nature.
One of the biggest attractions in Hellerup is Strandvejen, a beautiful and picuturesque road that runs along the coast and offers a fantastic view of the sea. The house is on a cross street to Strandvejen and the coast is just 50 m away.
You will be able to enjoy daily walks along the beach, visit the many restaurants and cafés in the area or shop in local stores.
For those interested in culture and history, there are many attractions to visit in Hellerup. One of the most popular is Bernstorff castle, a beautiful historic castle in a large park.
The house has two floors and consists of:
Ground floor: Hall, 3 bedrooms with double beds and TV, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, exit to a very nice terrasse.
1st floor:
Upon reaching the first floor you enter a large combined kitchen / dining room with electric fireplace.. This was once an orangery and the light from the glass ceiling is quite fantastic. Exit from the dining room to a yard. A couple of steps up takes you to the living room with a sofa arrangement, TV and fireplace. This room exits into another small room / office with a sleepingsofa for 2 people - that opens onto a terrace where you can grill food.
