There is a bistro set on the outdoor porch area for use during warmer weather, and a gas grill for guest use as well. Property is adjacent to a protected woodlands area for light hiking, and the Pemi River runs behind, for stunning views of Blair (covered) bridge, as well as swimming, kayaking, and tubing in the Summer. We are 20 mins to Waterville ski area, 25 to Loon, and 30 mins to Cannon. We are 20-30 mins away from the Lakes Region and Squam Lake, Winnisquam, Newfound Lake and Lake Winnipesaukee. Plymouth (5 minute drive) is a very active small New England college town with quaint shops and restaurants. We have lots of recommendations for things to do, restaurants in the area, etc. Just ask!
