Dinnerware, place mats/chargers and cloth napkins available upon request for dinner parties. Fully equipped kitchen including a tv, with a small eating bar and a separate breakfast nook with seating for 4-6. Cozy tv room, one queen bedroom downstairs next to a full bath with a large soaking tub and shower. Three bedrooms upstairs - two double beds and one queen-sized bedroom with tv and en suite bathroom. Two full bathrooms with showers upstairs. Large driveway with room to park multiple cars plus a motor home, a private park-like backyard surrounded by tall cedar, dogwood and maple trees, roses, rhododendrons and hydrangeas with a concrete patio and BBQ grill for outdoor dining. Patio is large enough for a seated dining group of 18. Covered front porch with seating for evening cocktails and view of the rose garden. Pack & Play crib available upon request. Wi-Fi, cable tv.
