Goldfinch Glen is the perfect family gathering place with enough room to sleep 12, an amazing in-home theater and plenty of off street parking. The Glen is located close to two hospitals, in a family friendly neighborhood, just outside of town. Our 5 bedroom 3 bathroom 2600 sqft home can be your home away from home for a short or extended trip.
The space
The kitchen and living space are open concept so you will have plenty of room for the family to enjoy a great meal or play a board game. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishware, utensils, spices and the basics-flour, sugar. Enjoy our coffee bar with ground and k-pods, hot chocolate and tea. The table expands to seat 12 guests.
The laundry room is just off the dining room, which you are welcome to use. Down the hall you will find the master bathroom with a double sink bathroom and walk in closet. Further down the hall you will find a full bathroom, the queen bedroom with pack n play available and the designated office. We have an air mattress available upon request, to anyone who would like to stay in the upstairs office.
Downstairs you’ll find the theater, a large bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed with a trundle and the Harry Potter closet, in case he visits. Off the main theater space is another bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds (4 twin beds) and plenty of toys and games. One large bathroom just off the living space.

Entire home and garage, except for one locked storage room in the basement.
Their are stairs to enter the home and stairs to access the basement, which includes the theater and 2 other bedrooms.

The theater includes a 120" screen, Epson 3LCD 1080p projector, and 5.2.1 Dolby Atmos surround sound, including in-ceiling speakers. All TVs including the theater have Roku smart functionality that use apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube TV, HBO Max etc. for guests to use. You are welcome to use your personal logins for these apps but we do not provide any.
Roku guest mode allows you to select a date when your subscriptions will be automatically signed out.
Activities
In the fall visit Swan Valley for the beautiful fall colors or one our local pumpkin patches. For winter cozy up by the fire and read a good book, stay in for a movie with our 120” theater or plan a ski, snowmobile, snowshoeing, sledding, ice fishing, Ice Palace excursion. In the summer, walk around the Snake River Greenbelt, visit the Japanese Gardens, farmers market or make a day trip to Yellowstone, Grand Teton National Park or Mesa Falls. If you are up for an easy hike with a great view make sure to try the Cress Creek Hike. Heise hot springs is a destination unto itself with golf, pizza, ziplines and hot pools. You may enjoy just going on a walk around our fine neighborhood or visiting Woodland Hills Park right within the neighborhood.
