All bedrooms equipped with smart TVs and dressers / closet space with hangers. Total of 6 Beds and can comfortably sleep up to 12. Enjoy relaxing on back deck that overlooks the pond; within walking distance to the South Ridge Center Pool & Playground. This townhome is right at top of Hidden Valley ski resort, 2 min shuttle to slopes! Short walk to community pool and club house (renters have access to this). Tennis courts and golf course close by as well. On property is 55 in flatscreen TV, wood pellet fireplace, grill, large back deck overlooking pond and private hot tub. 2 parking spots available in front of property. Additional overflow parking available a block away at the community pool / clubhouse. 15 min drive to 7 springs resort, 30 min drive to Ohiopyle, Idlewild and falling water landmark. Community outdoor heated pool with lifeguard on duty available to renters (open between Memorial Day and Labor Day) and short walk from townhouse.
