This elegant 4 bedroom 4 bath farmhouse sits on almost an acre of secluded woodland in the artistic community of East Hampton Springs close to the Jackson Pollack home. Within walking distance of Gardiner's Bay and the Peconic Estuary, it is an ideal place for families to unwind. This farm house is transformed throughout the day by the gorgeous light that enters through the many windows throughout its one and two storied spaces. The master bedroom suite is spacious and has its own newly renovated bathroom. Three guest bedrooms upstairs and optional sleeping in the separate downstairs den are available to sleep 10 people comfortably. The open chef's kitchen is newly renovated and opens to a fabulous dining room with Pottery Barn furnished large wooden table and rattan chairs that are perfect for entertaining. The dining room opens to an outdoor deck (complete with a gas grill) and large pool surrounded by lounge chairs. The front porch is ideal for quiet contemplation. More quiet than East Hampton proper, Springs is a lovely neighborhood, a perfect escape to quiet serenity that is still a short drive to the town or to the main beaches. Walk or bike to enjoy the quiet beaches of Gardiner's Bay where you can kayak and swim and the views are unrivaled. Additional amenities include beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, pool floaties, and an outdoor dining table.
