Charming mother-in-law cottage in the historic Whiteaker neighborhood. Nestled in a lovely private flower garden, the Cottage provides a serene retreat and is centrally located among the best restaurants, breweries and wineries in Eugene.
The house is set back from an eclectic urban neighborhood and the space can be surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of this active area of Eugene.
