Welcome to my 35 square meters apartment in the heart of the 17th district of Paris, located on the 6th floor WITH elevator. It is ideally located in the BATIGNOLLES district and not far from MONTMARTRE. The district is lively, commercial and very busy, you will find many bars, restaurants and stores and you can enjoy the parks and small streets. The accommodation has a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Paris. Very good stay :) ## Logement Located in the 17th district of Paris, the accommodation is pleasant and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a beautiful lounge area to relax after an intense Parisian day. You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay, namely : Microwave, Television, Washing machine, Elevator You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district offers an immediate proximity with shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler. ## Emplacement The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris, and is considered as the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce. The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere.
