The space

The apartment is completely separate from our house above, with your own private entrance in the back of the house.
The living room is full of light with two windows that look out into the shared backyard. There is a (non-working) fireplace, a writing desk, a flat screen TV, and a sofa that pulls out into a queen-sized bed.

The kitchen has everything you'll need - brand new microwave, fridge, four-burner electric stove and oven, and a breakfast bar for two.

The bedroom has a brand-new queen-sized bed with side table and plenty of closet space.
The bathroom is recently renovated.

You'll have your own entrance and apartment - completely separate from the house. You'll also have access to our entire backyard, shared with us.
