Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The first upside to this rental was that they had a washer and dryer. The second upside was that they were very close to the train station and the metro. Everything was relatively clean, but the building is older and everything is a little dirtier from use. I chose this because it had the hightest rating, but I would hate to see the places that were rated lower. I am from the United States and this would fall into the category of a very cheap hotel. You do get what you pay for so for that aspect it was fine. Not great, not terrible. The other very positive thing was that the manager was very responsive and helpful.
Negative: The first night, the bed was very hard bed, like sleeping on a cushioned board. I messaged for the second night and requested more padding and they brought a much more comfortable mattress. This is a pretty small apartment and the rooms are not very soundproof. You could hear the other guests snoring next door. Though it was clean, it is older and well used. If I had to do it again, I would pay more money for something a bit nicer and more comfortable.
Summary: Good for the money - but may not be best to go with the lower price.
