Our magnificent residence lives in the heart of nature on a huge private plot of land in Mandeville in the Lanaudière region (1.15 hours from Montreal).
Located directly on the water's edge on a large plot of land, the chalet has a large dock that gives access to Lake Deligny/Nazaire during summer season (the dock is difficult to access in spring/early summer due to high water levels following snowmelt). Two kayaks are also at your disposal to enjoy the lake which is known for its tranquility and cleanliness!
On the ground floor, the huge windows offer a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains from the kitchen, dining room and living room.
A living room net suspended from the ceiling will also allow you to stretch out and admire the view from above!
Heated floors in all rooms on the ground floor, the cottage has 3 closed bedrooms (1 closed bedroom on the first floor and 2 closed bedrooms on the mezzanine) and can accommodate 8 people comfortably.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large island, full bathroom with washer/dryer and wood fireplace (firewood not included) in the living room for the colder days.
Outside is a large sunny terrace with a private spa available year round, charcoal BBQ and comfortable patio set. A dedicated campfire area beside the lake is available with a fire pit and several adirondack chairs.
Lanaudiere is known as a paradise for ATV and snowmobile enthusiasts. Many FCMQ trails are within minutes of the cottage.
You can also enjoy many outdoor activities in the area: hiking, snowshoeing, skiing at Mont Val Saint-Côme, cross-country skiing at Chutes-du-Calvaire and on private land, hunting and fishing in the two nature reserves (ZEC des Nymphes and Réserve Faunique Mastigouche) and located near Lac en Coeur for trout fishing.
The cottage is also located a few minutes from the wonderful indoor/outdoor spa Le Natur'eau, 20 minutes from the municipal beach of St-Gabriel and the St-Gabriel Vineyard.

***Out of respect for the Lake Deligny Association, only personal Paddle Board type boats are allowed. It is OBLIGATORY to clean your paddle board before launching to avoid any contamination.
