Eingebettet in eine wunderbare Landschaft, nahe der imposanten Rheinschlucht liegt dieses ruhig gelegene, kleine, feine Haus in mitten eines traumhaften Gartens, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Ein gediegener Pavillon mit Aussicht auf die Berge und einem gepflegten Teich werden Sie begeistern. Das Haus wurde 1994 erbaut und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt zahllose Wandermöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe, aber auch für Skifahrer, Biker, Kanufahrer oder Leute, die einfach zum Ausspannen Ferien machen wollen, ist unser Haus der ideale Ort. Über das ganze Jahr bieten die diversen nahegelegenen Ferienorte (Obersaxen, Brigels, Val Lumnezia, Flims, Laax) zahlreiche Möglichkeiten touristischer Art.Schlafzimmer:1 geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit grossem Doppelbett. Bettwäsche vorhanden und im Preis inbegriffen. Wohnzimmer:Offener Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich verschiedene Regale, sowie ein Sofa. Die grossen Fensterfronten sorgen für viel Licht und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der offene Essbereich mit einem Nussbaumtisch bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Küche:Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kochherd/Backofen, Geschirr, Geschirrtüchern, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Nespresso-Kaffemaschine. Badezimmer:Das Badezimmer im oberen Stock verfügt über Dusche/WC/Lavabo. Frottewäsche und Haarföhn ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Im unteren Stock befindet sich ebenfalls ein seperates, kleines WC mit Lavabo. Inneneinrichtung:Die Räume sind zeitgemäss und wohnlich eingerichtet. Das Mobiliar ist neuwertig und wird vom Vermieter laufend kontrolliert. Die Mieter werden gebeten das Mobiliar mit Sorgfalt zu behandeln. Unterhaltung:WLAN ist im ganzen Haus verfügbar und kostenlos.
