Welcome to Piper’s Cove and the second season that this property, on the sunny side of Lake Winnisquam, is being offered for rental. It uniquely offers two separate dwellings for larger groups or families to share!
Ashley & Jess are available 24/7 and within driving distance to handle any question or issue that might arise.
Guests can enjoy the use of the property’s canoe and two kayaks, an outdoor playset for children, as well as the convenience of a Tesla car charger (additional charges apply). Piper’s Cove can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests and no more than one (1) dog (subject to an additional weekly charge). Cats are unfortunately not welcomed due to severe owner allergies.
The Cottage at Piper's Cove is a charming 1940's cottage that has recently been renovated, including a new kitchen, furnishings, and air conditioning. It offers modern amenities with tasteful decor, providing around 1700 sq ft of living space, a wood-burning fireplace, a main bedroom with a king-size bed, a loft bedroom with two full beds, as well as one full and one 3/4 baths.
The Carriage House at Piper’s Cove sits up the (tiny) hill from the Main Waterfront Cottage. Newer construction, this 1400 sqft one queen sized bedroom apartment was added above the craftsman style garage, complete with a full straight-line kitchen, one full bath, its own W/D, queen pull-out sofa and additional twin trundle beds. There are doors to close off the living area with the sofa and trundle bed for privacy.
Piper’s Cove has 126 linear feet of shoreline, with a rarely found shallow cove, boasting a sandy bottom ideal for small children and a separate deeper dock area for boat tie-up. The lakeside of the property, from the Cottage to the water, is also completely fenced in for added safety for children and pets. There is endless hours of fun to be had on this beach and in the lake!
