I welcome you in my 40 square meters studio in the new district of Batignolles, located on the 10th floor with elevator, it has a view of more than 180 degrees that will cut your breath. You will be able to discover the Parisian life in the best conditions and in a very dynamic atmosphere. The Martin Luther King Park is at the foot of the building! It has a double bed, a sofa bed and can accommodate up to 2 people. Very good stay! ## Logement The studio is spacious and very bright thanks to the many windows that give you a magnificent view of Paris. It has a large living room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and 2 balconies. It has: Dishwasher, oven, television, iron, washing machine. The flat is located 1 min walk from the Cinéma les 7 Batignolles, 3 min walk from the Opéra National de Paris, a few minutes by metro from the Arc de Triomphe and the Basilique Sacré-Coeur as well as from the Place de la Concorde and 24 min from the Louvre Museum The Martin Luther King Park is located right next to the building. You will find all the shops you need, including a Berthier supermarket at 9 min walk or a Casino at 13 min walk towards Porte de Saint-Ouen. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favourites with you! A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller. ## Emplacement The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris, and is considered as the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce. The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere. ## Transports Subway: Lines 13 and 14 (Porte de Clichy station): 5 min walk.
