Welcome to my home! I welcome you in my 35 square meters flat in Charenton-le-Pont, located on the 1st floor without lift. It is ideally located near the Bois de Vincennes and public transport. You can walk in this very quiet area, while discovering Paris easily! Enjoy your stay! :) ## Logement Located in Charenton-le-Pont, the flat is bright (crossing) and quiet. It is composed of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed (in the living room), 1 bathroom and a beautiful living room with a television to relax you after an intense day. You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay, including Coffee machine (Dolce Gusto with capsules), oven, microwave, television, iron and washing machine. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The area is very close to the Bois de Vincennes (5 minutes on foot), Notre-Dame Cathedral (30 minutes by metro), and the Marais district (35 minutes on foot). The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favourites with you! Charenton-le-Pont is a very quiet city, and you will have all the shops nearby to do your shopping easily. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller. Some works are taking place currently but are not very loud. ## Emplacement The area is very pleasant and there are small shops, tobacconists, bakeries, pharmacies, brasseries, and various restaurants (French and Lebanese gastronomy, pizzerias, etc.) less than 5 minutes walk from the flat. The flat is 5 minutes walk from the entrance to Paris and very close to the Bois de Vincennes. ## Transports Metro/Bus: Line 8 (Liberté station): 4 min walk. Metro line 8 and Tram line 3A (Porte de Charenton station): 5 min walk. From Paris Charles de Gaulle airport: 1h15 by metro/RER. From Gare de Lyon: 22 minutes by metro. From Gare Montparnasse: 35 minutes by metro.
