You will have everything to have a very pleasant stay, whether you are on holiday or on business.

The pedestrian streets start at 20 m. The shops are at the foot of the building. Restaurants, bars and caterers nearby.
No need for a car for your outings in town.
It is 600m from the station, 500m from the Cité de la mer with its submarine, aquarium and Titanic exhibition.
Parking at 50m (0.40 euros / h during the day, free from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.). Free parking place Napoleon 6 minutes walk. 2 parking lots ‘30 minutes ’in front of the building.
