Summary: The staff were very nice and helpful, but the room has some issues. The front door lock
is so loose and outdated that I didn’t leave anything valuable in the room. The windows are fairly new but whoever installed them didn’t do a proper measurement of the window frame so over time the upper and lower windows just don’t lineup so a guest cannot get them to lock for security. The bathroom was nicer but again the door knob was so old that it actually didn’t work properly and my wife got stuck in the bathroom, I had to open the door from my side of the door to get her out. Lol I missed my opportunity for a real vacation. I informed the staff about the bathroom door knob and they did offer to fix it right away but I was only staying overnight and told them that they could fix it when I checked out. The bedroom night stand lamp was missing one of the two light bulbs that it was designed to use and the standing lamp didn’t work at all. The overhead recessed
lights worked perfectly and had no issues.
I did not stay in a room with a view so I couldn’t give you a review about that. Other than that it’s about what a person should expect for the price per room per night. It’s very close to many area attractions and was very clean with friendly staff. I’m a security nut and unfortunately I probably will not stay here again until those issues have been corrected, which is sad because it’s a very nice location and very nice staff.

Summary: We have been traveling here over 25 years and always try to stay at this motel. They are friendly, clean and very accommodating. We will be back next year!! Highly recommend everyone to stop here during their travels!!

Summary: After a long, fun-filled day in the sun we decided to stay instead of make an almost 4 hour drive home. The front desk called to confirm we didn’t need 2 beds, as we had booked a room with one bed. Upon check- in we learned that we were the last check-in. The hotel was fully booked. We requested extra towels because they’d never dry in the humidity overnight and they were happy to provide more.
