Die 4-Zimmer Ferienwohnung (90 m²) liegt im 1. Stock in einem kleinen Mehrfamilienhaus mit insgesamt 4 Wohnungen. Das Haus befindet sich unweit der Hauptstrasse oberhalb der Kirche in laufbarer Nähe zur Talstation Dieni. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine wunderschöne Panorama-Aussicht auf die Berge der oberen Surselva.Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der Eingang zur Wohnung. Dort können im Winter die Ski abgestellt werden.Es steht ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.Es sind keine Haustiere gestattet und im ganzen Haus darf nicht geraucht werden.Es handelt sich um ein älteres Holzhaus.WohnzimmerIm Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein neuer Specksteinofen mit Galstür. Das Holz wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Feuerungsanleitung ist in Griffnähe.Auf einen Fernseher wird bewusst verzichtet. Dafür findet man im Bücherregal eine Auswahl an Büchern, CDs und Spielen.
