This comfortably furnished two story, two bedroom townhouse is located just a short stroll from the Batehaven shops where you will find several lovely cafés and restaurants, a supermarket, chemist, bakery, butcher, bottle shop, green grocer, seafood shop, day spa, newsagent and medical centre.
The townhouse is just a two minute walk from the peaceful shores of Caseys Beach, the beach can be accessed via a laneway within the complex.
The property has two bedrooms upstairs, the main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds, also upstairs is the bathroom and a living area with a lounge (sofa bed) and a TV/DVD. There is a balcony off the main bedroom which is the best place to relax and take in the beautiful view.
Downstairs is the kitchen, living and dining areas and a laundry and toilet.
Outside is a small courtyard close to the pool and communal BBQ area.
There is a small collection of toys as well as a portable cot and high chair.
Pets are not permitted.

Linen is supplied for the queen and single beds. Towels for four guests are provided with the exception of beach/pool towels.
