All-natural landscaping surrounded by lush foliage with large bluestone patio. The outdoor fire pit is perfect for enjoying family time and making s’mores around the campfire. For insurance and safety concerns, use of the indoor fireplace is NOT permitted.
Large gourmet kitchen complete with all amenities: large refrigerator, natural gas oven & stove, crock pot, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, stand mixer, pots & pans in all sizes, cooking utensils, dinnerware & silverware, and too many gadgets to list.
Finished basement with carpeted family room, large screen HDTV & entertainment center, game room with foosball, dome hockey table and natural wood bar (not stocked).
Deep water is perfect for boating, kayaking, swimming and fishing. 50' dock with life ring, boat cleats and mooring buoy is available for use in summer. Two tandem (2-person) kayaks and one single-person kayak. Exclusive-use 100’ lakefront property.
Lake George Village, Great Escape & Splashwater Kingdom, Rivers Casino, Saratoga Racetrack and Saratoga Performing Arts Center are all located within a 35-60 minute drive.
