Master Bedroom - King bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and desk with chair (also a pack n play and high chair can be found in the master closet)
2nd Bedroom - Queen bed, dresser, and 2 night stands
3rd Bedroom - 2 twin beds plus a trundle (for a total of 3 single beds), and a small dresser
Living room - Sofa sleeper (queen sized - updated memory foam mattress!) plus two chairs & smart TV. Also, books, games, extra blankets
Dining area - Table for 6 plus a table for 2
Kitchen - Fully stocked, coffee, tea (also includes kids cups/plates)
Private Office - Desk and office chair
Backyard - Pool with LED color changing light, grill, and covered patio with bistro lights
Garage - two car and also includes pool toys/inflatables & games
