Enjoy a swim only a few feet from your back door and then sit back on the deck enjoying the dappled sunlight whilst watching the kids play on the reserve. In the colder months, pick a few sticks from the reserve and light the beautiful fireplace, indulging in warmth whilst still enjoying the amazing views from the living areas.
There is also a separate fully self-contained loft at rear of property high enough to make the most of the views.

Surf beaches close by or a short drive to Callala Beach with its gentle waves for lazing about. Callala Bay shopping centre caters for your needs with IGA, butcher, bakery, chemist and cafe. After a game of golf at the local country club enjoy dinner with friends in the bistro.
