Our house is located right on the sea, just 40 meters from the shoreline, offering direct access to a beautiful pebble beach with perfectly clean water. The property is a historic home dating back 40 years, recently renovated with care and respect for tradition. In fact, the house was inherited from my ancestors, tracing all the way back to my great-great-grandfather, who was a captain. We lovingly restored the house using only the finest materials, preserving its historic character, cultural value, and charm while providing every modern comfort for our guests.
The house is two stories and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and relaxation. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, and a complete bathroom.
