Very beautiful and unique villa located in Plan de La Tour on the road to Grimaud, in a one-of-a-kind wooded setting with a garden of more than 12,000 m².
It is composed of three independent, fully air-conditioned villas.
From the entrance, you will be charmed by a first small independent villa with two double bedrooms (180x200cm) decorated in a warm and soft style, one of which has two single beds and their adjoining shower room. You will also find a small kitchen area.
A little further up the path, a second bastide-style villa with its lovely summer terrace. Inside, you will be enchanted by the cosy atmosphere of the living room with its fireplace and television corner. A large fully equipped kitchen (double refrigerators, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle) provides a place for relaxation and sharing summer memories. Three double bedrooms and two bathrooms in exotic colours complete the house.
Heading towards the swimming pool, you will find a third independent villa with a double bedroom on a mezzanine (180x190cm) and a cosy lounge area with warm decoration.
The heated Balinese-style pool area is a haven of peace in a quiet and wooded environment with panoramic views of the hills. You can practice sports, Pilates or yoga while enjoying the open view. A summer kitchen (plancha, refrigerator) and a summer lounge under the oak trees invite you to relax and enjoy evenings together.
There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Outside, enjoy the calm petanque area, as well as relaxing corners perfect for reading or napping.
